I hardly prefer self help kind of books unless it relates to writing. Not because I have some Google sort of personality who-knows-it-all but I know that I don’t belong to corporate world, then why should I spend my time to those books which are designed to provide management lessons only.
And the twist happened, I read it, enjoyed it and this book proved me wrong at every aspect and I’m glad it did. Although it is fact this book belongs to office-goers, especially those who feel naïve at their working environment. They need sophisticated advices, not some preachy lessons. And after reading it I can simply refer this book to all the lovely people. You would never regret after adding it to your bookshelf.
In this book Faster Smarter Higher, Utkarsh Rai maintains the serenity while explaining tools needed to engage in the process of management craft. As we know we have been living in the world, where we need to execute smart working, gone the days when we prefer hard work over anything but it is time to implement smart strategies in this cut-throat kind of competitive world.
Unlike other books that provoke to convert oneself go-getter anyhow, often miss the moral ideas, while Faster Smarter Higher by Utkarsh Rai guides you a comprehension overview about all the steps which should be followed by us. It provides management instructions including personality development, Project improvement, and also throws some light on managing team projects. Step by Step you learn how to deal with your manager and colleagues.
Author used simple vocabulary which makes it a pacy-read, it is more like tunnel you just enter and make an exit with loads of beneficial perspectives. Must Read it, if you think you need some inspiration.
